Windows Live Messenger Install on Vista Business

Hello,

WHen I download Windows live messenger and try to install it on Windows
Vista Business I get the foloowing error message.

"You do not have permissions required to install Windows Live Messenger on
this computer. Please contact a person who has full permissions on this
computer."

Does anybody know why I get this message?
And if there is a way I can Install Messenger

Assuming you are the Administrator, try right clicking on the messenger.exe
setup file and, from he drop down menu, click the Run As Administrator
option.
