Windows Live Messenger Lockup at Login

Hey, when i log onto Windows Life Messenger, my list of contact show, i get
the popup in the bottom right showing which osng i am playing (if applicable)
then it simply freezes with that popup in the corner and my contact list
showing, after about 5 minutes it logs me out and starts a counter to
reattempt to connect.

I am currently using Build 8.0.0812.00, PC Spec really isnt a problem, I
run a small home network of 4 PC's and a router with a 10mb internet line.

I've tried deleting the folder after an uninstall and reinstalls, reboots,
pretty much exhausted all search engines to try rectify this problem.
