The problem with Routers is that you can have no problem on the Wireless
side, but can't connect to the Internet from the Wired side. I have had this
problem.
You will not know, if you don't try the fix. But do the Factory Reset
that the Manufacturer recommends for your Model. The time required to reset
the Router varies. Some only require 10 seconds, some 20 and others 30
seconds or longer.
