I have seen post here before about this issue, but can't seem to find it.
Ok, this is not just limited to me, my entire company uses this product for
communication with out Support team, who work outside of our location. We
continue seeing messages being dropped (either not received or not sent).
Most of this started with Windows Live Messenger. When using MSN Messenger,
never seem to have these issues. Anyone else see this. Also, has MS
acknowledged this issue and is there anything in the works to fix it? We
left AOL for this same issue and would hate to have to leave MS because of
this. Right now, WLM is just a waste as we can not use it because of these
issues.
