Greetings,
This nzdd.dll that's being referenced here seems related to a number of possible products,
RealDownload, NetZip and others. They may be trying to tie into Messenger and are bringing
it down. You may want to check for such products and uninstall them; I quite assure you that
they're not worth it.
Additionally, are you using an Acer laptop by any chance? If so, uninstall Acer
eDataSecurity as it's known to case such problems as well.
