Windows Live Messenger Not Singing IN

i have installed windows vista ultimate 64bit service pack
and i have installed latest WLM (14.0.8064.206) and everytime I try t
sign in i get this error :confused

Now that microsoft forced this last live messenger update..I have a big probem.
My Windows Vista 64 does not want to run the last versions. keep getting error
