Windows Live Messenger 2009 will not integrate with Citrix GoToMeeting. With
Windows Live Messenger 8.1, installation of Citrix GoToMeeting software
placed a "Meet Now" button on Messenger converation windows. With 2009 this
feature does not appear. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both Messenger
and Citrix GoToMeeting.

Greetings,

The Messenger conversation windows are essentially re-designed with every version. As such,
almost anyone adding anything into the windows is broken every time Messenger has an update.
There is no set interface and Microsoft rarely leaves this conversation window alone.

That said, you'll have to wait till Citrix updates their software.
