Few possibilities. Firstly, is it just the "Video Call" that this happens in? Messenger
also has a "Send webcam" option as well, which doesn't include audio. As such, this could be
the reason why you see it when you click accept and not the other way (if you're using
separate features that simply appear the same).
If possible, you should update your webcam drivers and sound card from the respective
manufacturers' website.
If you've already done that or that doesn't help, click Start, then Run, type sysdm.cpl and
click OK. Then go to the Advanced tab, choose Settings under Startup and Recovery, uncheck
'Automatically restart' and under Write debugging information, set to dropdown to Complete
memory dump. Then try it again and see what happens. If you see a blue screen come up, see
if a filename is noted in the error displayed and write it down.
