Greetings Deb,
For interest, I've heard of this before with other TV Tuners too. This isn't a solution, but
a workaround to try -- if you go the Device Manager (click Start, then Run, enter
"devmgmt.msc" and click OK), find your TV tuner, right-click and choose Disable.
Then go back through the wizard, choose the camera and see if it sticks now. Then, go back
to the Device Manager and re-enable your TV Tuner.
