Windows Live Printing problem

I have also opened a support ticket.

My report included full details of my WLMail version and other
information about my system. However, the response from
Microsoft Customer Support that appeared to intended for a 5-year
old, and asked me to check that I am using the latest version of
WLMail. The reply also explained "how to print" from WLMail.

The person who responded obviously hadn't bothered to read my
report - so I asked Microsoft Customer Support to escalate this
problem to the product development team.

I have now received the following reply,
'Bob, I have already submitted your case to our product team for
further investigation. Although I may not be able to get back to
your message soon, I would like you to know that this issue has
been flagged as "high priority." I assure you that we are working
diligently to have your issue resolved as soon as possible.'

If anybody is still interested, I submitted a bunch of screen dumps and
other documentation to Microsoft and after getting passed to a couple of
different people along the way up the technical ladder here is the response:

"Ken, we no longer need to access your account at this time. We forwarded
your issue to our product team and they have verified that the problem that
you have described is a known and unresolved problem with Windows Live Mail.
Our product development team is aware of the problem and they are working to
resolve the issue. Although we do not have a definite timeframe, we will
notify you once the issue has been resolved."

Sorry to leave this one hanging. Really, yes, but the main reason for the
delay in responding is my embarrassment over (yet another) example of
age-related confusion. I realized after reading your post that the machine
I was using at the time still has IE7...
