Windows Live Problem

Windows Live Messenger won't let me sign in at all today. When I try to troubleshoot, it says that there is no problem that it can find. Also, when I tried to check my hotmail on msn.com, it says that the service is temporarily unavailable. Could this be a problem that they're having?

It seems the while network is down, I cant imagine this is updates so maybe some cunning bastard has hacked em? Although if they are using windows based servers, I cant imagine that would be hard.... They do have more security flaws than john Lennon's house and is holyer than the pope.

I hear via the grapevine that there was an issue with Messenger and Hotmail around the time
these postings were made. Should be fine now. Well as fine as Messenger gets nowadays

I tried at the time, and it was incredibly slow, but did eventually work.
