Windows Live Services - Unavailable for over 48 hours

I'm surprised others haven't noticed it but in some places in the world
people are not able to use Live services like Live Homepage, Mail etc. It's
been like this for over 48 hours and MS have not had the courtesy to report
this on their website. MS tech. support in one country told me of the problem?

www.live.com not accessible. If I ping I get timeouts. My Live Homepage
build using Live components can't display as server down etc etc. Someone on
a newsgroup I visited had traced problem to MS Loadbalancers in US and
possibly Ireland.

Anyone else know anything? Wish MS could tell us what is going on.

This happens SOOOO much. Ok, 2 days is extrem, but Live is often down.
