windows live sign-in assistant

in update it shows windows live sign-in assistant installed., but it is not
in control panel add/remove. How do i place in add/remove?

I think you'll find that the Windows Live Help Community is live no
longer, PA, except as an NNTP relic:

The site was originally intended for feedback about the Help
Community site itself, floated as a potential alternative to the
dreary old Communities interface. Because it never hosted more than
a single newsgroup - Custom Domains - which then got swamped by
unrelated posts, neither ever really got underway. You'd better
cross it off your list of useful places to direct people to.

I'd recommend contacting support for Windows Live Installer -

Or, I'd consider reinstalling it from http://get.live.com along with at least
one other Windows Live application. It should appear in Add/Remove Programs if
it is installed.

[FWIW, I've seen many machines where Sign-in Assistant is present but not
listed in Add/Remove Programs.]
