Windows Live Toolbar Favorites

When clicking on the synchronizing button to synchronize my favorites on the
Windows Live Toolbar I receive the following error:

"The Passpor Network is not available. Please try signing in later. Error
#0x80070005."

Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

I get the same error. Did you ever find a solution?
