Windows Live Web Messenger 403 Forbidden

Has anyone else tried using Windows Live Web Messenger
(http://messidog.live.com/) with this result? I get the 403 Forbidden error
message and I have tried from work and at home.

Any ideas?

It's still in internal beta phase, aka dog food.
