Windows Live Web Messenger ?

Like Yahoo Web Messenger , Google in-email messenger is there going to be any
web based windows live web messenger ?

I don't actually know what they plan to call it, but updates to the current WebMessenger
(which is at http://webmessenger.msn.com) are forthcoming.
