Hi,
It is MUI.. sort-of (not Windows standard MUI). All the versions are the same except for one
DLL which has the localized bits in it. I've been meaning to collect those and put them up
but no one's actually requested it before till now.
Here's the Danish version of the MSI (just open up the cab and extract it):

You'll also need the other components listed on my site under Messenger, the most important
being the Contacts.msi which isn't localized at all so you can feel free to just use the one
there. The other components (error reporting, etc.) aren't localized either, so you can feel
free to use those on the site as well.
