The .log files are there to assist if you want to remove the hotfix itself.
Match the numbers of the .log file with the corrsponding hotfix/patch and
delete those you don't have under the \windows folder or in Control Panel
>Add Remove Software
If you are satisified the hotfix is working and you will never need to
remove it then you can remove the folder \$NtUninstall(number)$, the
corresponding .log file, and the Control Panel > Add Remove Software entry.
Doing this will also give you the space back.
