windows média 11

lorsque j'extrais de la musique d'un cd, le contenu se retrouve dans ''mes
documents'' et et la bibliotheque de windows media player ne se met pas a
jour...pourquoi?

when i extract music from a cd , it goes intu my document and my windows
media player library does not update..why?

Is this Windows XP or Vista?

Try pressing F3 in WMP to bring up the Add to library-dialog and click
OK. Does that add the files to the library?

What format are you ripping to (MP3, WMA, WAV)? Are you *sure* that the
files don't get added to the library, possibly under "Unknown artist"?

If nothing of the above helps, then you could have a corrupted library.
To reset it, follow the instructions for your WMP version at
http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html#medialibrary
Note that resetting the library will make you lose all current play
counts, and possibly ratings too.
