Windows mail asks for certificate confirmation

Hi,
Windows mail on Vista box, connecting to remote SBS 2008 server with
Exchange 2007. Using POP3 to connect and using the secure port 995.

Every time user opens Windows Mail and does send/receive get this message:

"The server you are connected to is using a security certificate
That could not be verified
A certificate chain processed, but terminated in a root certificate which is
not trusted by the trust provider.
Do you want to continue using this server? yes/no"

If you click "Yes" all is OK and mail messages are downloaded. However if
you exit Windows Mail and then re-open it later the message comes up again.
This is very frustrating, how can you stop this happening?

1. Is this using the self signed cert, if so install a godaddy cert and
publish it on 995
2. If using godaddy, ensure you have the intermediate cert installed.
