To backup your news account settings in Windows Mail:
Open Windows Mail. From the Tools option on the menu, select Accounts.
Hightlight one of your news accounts and select Export. This will save that
accounts settings in a .iaf file that you can save to another hard drive,
floppy, etc. Repeat for each news account.
