windows mail cannot send

Things have been fine then all of a sudden yesterday morning my windows mail
refused to send my email...It receives but will not send.
What can i do to rectify ?

You haven't given us much to go on. How exactly is it 'refusing'?
Do you get an error message when you try to send? If so,
right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.

There could be a lot of reasons and as Gary said you have not given many
clues. Are you using a laptop and traveling is the first obvious
question. Who is your email service provider, do NOT post your email
address here but only the part after the @ sign. Never put your email
address in a newsgroup such as this.

Please tell us if you use Antivirus like Norton or McAfee because they
can suddenly cause problems like you are having, or it could be simply
that you email provider has had problems.

I have sent the fault message to Gary...I use windows defender and
superantispyware I also have cc cleaner and system mechanic..none have given
me any trouble in the past

The website for Comenersol.com appears to be devoid of any
technical information. My testing reveals that there is no server named
smtpmail.comenersol.com. However, mail.comenersol.com does
answer on port 25 (as well as port 110), so try changing
smtpmail.comenersol.com to mail.comenersol.com.

mail.comenersol.com was the original..I tried changing it when I first had
the problem and put the smtp in front ..I have changed it back now to
mail.comenersol.com but it still will not send

Since the error message you originally posted included "smtpmail . . ." as
the server name, can you please post the new error message you are getting
since it now set to "mail.comenersol.com"? Every change / error should be
documented for best possible troubleshooting (since we aren't there and
can't see anything).

The send error message you get with mail.comenersol.com
should be quite different than the one you got with the wrong
server name. Please post your new error message.

Also, was Comenersol providing your Internet connection
when you got the send error with mail.comenersol.com?
