I had to reinstall Vista...I copied the windows mail folder to a DVD
before the reinstall. I am not sure how to copy the old files back to
incorporate them into the new install.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

You can copy the contents of local folder and paste it into each appropriate
folder in the new install or rename the new installs Local folder and replace
it with the old one.
I normally keep my mail data on my data disk so that I don't have to worry
about it should a reinstall be necessary. Good luck
