Windows Mail doesn't always start properly

More often than not, Windows Mail will not start up properly after
rebooting. It runs as I can see it in the Task Manager as a process but
that's as far as it goes - no window is opened. If I kill it and try it
again then it usually works properly but sometimes takes 3 attempts.

This is annoying - can it be fixed?
