Windows Mail Error Number 0x8000CC0F

This error number is appearing on my Windows Mail account on my Vista
software (32-bit Operating System).

How do I fix?

Please post the entire error message.
Right-click on it, and select Copy.
Then paste it into a reply.

I had the same problem. I copy pasted the error: The connection to the
server has failed. Subject 'test', Account: 'imap.aol.com', Server:
'smtp.aol.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error:
10013, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

I was trying to set up an aol account with windows mail and then send a
message
