windows mail error

I have several emails in my inbox which I deleted yesterday. Last night a pop
up said that there had been a corruption and I clicked to fix it. Now I'm
unable to delete or move them or an error message pops up. If I open them it
says "message can not be found". I have attempted to download the patch that
seems to work for most people in this forum to no avail. I already have vista
service pack 1.
Can anyone help me delete these messages????

Hello Rachel

You might see if the options in "Problem One" of this tutorial can hel
you fix this error. You may need to do the manual method until yo
delete the currupted message
