Windows Mail Issue

Currently using Windows mail for a web based email account. The account
works but routinely get a logon panel requesting username, password and
domain. Entering the infomration does not resolve the issue. Event viewer
shows event 1000 and details

This Vista Ultimate machine also has Office 20003 installed but does not
appear to contribute to this issue. Guidance sought
