Windows Mail-Local Folders question

I have moved several, "in my opinion", email's into special folders under
the the Windows Mail / Local Folders.

My questions are: what is the best method to move these folds and contents
to a safe place within the Windows Vista X64 setup? Perhaps / My Documents?
If so what is the correct procedure to accomplish this "copy type" move?
