Vista Premium 32 bit SP2

how do i adjust?
Windows Mail
or Windows Live Mail

to get English Post ONLY newsgroup
I am getting them in EVERY language

on the web I find them in English only

the Internet Account I have is

Microsoft Communities (default)
msnews.microsoft.com


fritz

You select the English newsgroups. Simple but effective

I been trying to find that button, and did not find it,
before my first post
have left a question in Windows live mail,
perhaps the right place to put it .

complete list
