I have been using Windows Mail (Vista) for some time without any problems.
all of a sudden WM (Window Security) is asking me for Username/password
everytime I send/receive mail. Windows Mail is not remembering passwords
eventhough this feature is ticked in accounts option.

Please can you help

Thanks

I suggest you go into your Account. Tools/Accounts. Click to select the
account and click the Properties button then the Server tab and take the
tick out of Remember Password. re write the password and replace the tick.
Not click the Apply button then OK.

Ian,

Thanks for your reply. However I solved the problem by deleting all acounts
and imported them again. Your advice would have saved me deleting the
accounts.

Regards

Joe
