After this update I'm not able to use FTP Client (will not connect).
Works OK if I turn the Microsoft Firewall OFF.
Worked OK before the update with the Firewall ON.

Help anyone?

Or as in many cases, perhaps this one as well, keep the malware off so it
does not corrupt the system to begin with.
If the malware is there, the damage is already done, removing the malware
simply exposes the damage.

Exactly.

He does say that "Works OK if I turn the Microsoft Firewall OFF." Therefore he somehow told
the FireWall to block FTP.EXE and/or TCP port 21. That could be a USER fault and not the
MRT's fault. MRT is only a "On Demand" scanner for a specific list of targeted Internet
worms. It is not unlike McAfee/AVERT Stinger.
