Exactly.
He does say that "Works OK if I turn the Microsoft Firewall OFF." Therefore he somehow told
the FireWall to block FTP.EXE and/or TCP port 21. That could be a USER fault and not the
MRT's fault. MRT is only a "On Demand" scanner for a specific list of targeted Internet
worms. It is not unlike McAfee/AVERT Stinger.
