Ah ... so IE 6 is not installed then. Let's try this first;
open Control Panel, then Add/Remove Programs.
Is Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 and Internet Tools listed ?
If yes, click on it once to highlight it, then click the Add/Remove Button.
Put a mark next to " Repair Internet Explorer ", then click OK.
If IE 5.5 is not listed, then please post back with the name of the
installed antivirus program.
Are you on dialup or broadband ?
