Windows ME constantly locking/freezing up requiring a hard boot

My Win ME constantly locks up or freezes requiring me to hard boot. I get no
response from key board or mouse. Control/Alt/Del also has no effect. I have
done a full recovery twice but the problem persists. Any help would really be
great.

Has anyone got an answer to this one, did Daryl sort it out ?
