Windows Media Center and TV Tuner

Hello.

I bought a USB ATSC/NTSC TV Tuner stick and configured WMC with it. WMC is
happy with it. I get the OTA Digital Channels in my area. However, now
that I configured it with WMC, when I boot up my Vista Ultimate, the USB TV
Tuner is always on and of course, it gets very hot.

Before I installed it, it only turns on when I open the application suite
that came bundled with it. AND it goes off when I close the application!

What can I configure in WMC so that it will not always turn the TV tuner
when not in use?
