"brucelinds" says "please Help me!
I bought a new Dell XPS410 in July '07. Features include :Windows Vista Home
Premium, AVI Digital TV Tuner, Nvidia 7300GForce LE video card . When I open
WMC , then attempt to open the Video Library and select RealPlayer Downloads
a window appears that says "Windows is not woring properly. Windows is
checking for a solution." A green progess bar is active at that point. Then
it goes to a window that says"Windows is restarting." Sometimes it will
restart. Sometimes a window opens that says "A problem has caused the program
to stop working correctly . Windows will close the program and notify you if
a solution is availble." At the bottom of that window I can choose to Close
or to Debug . When I choose to Debug , WMC closes and that's that .This ONLY
happens when the RealPlayer Downloads box is chosen .Some of the Realplayer
Downloads are also in my box. However they function normally when I choose my
box. Go Figure ?
