There are several posibilities:
Click Start, and type "Windows Media Center", and run it
If no help:
1. Go to Start, type 'cmd.exe' in the Search box.
2. Right-click on 'cmd.exe' and choose 'Run as Administrator'.
3. Type 'net localgroup Administrators /add Local Service' and press
Enter.
If no help, others have reported that installing Vista to a clean drive made
WMCE work.
