Windows Media Encoder has stopped working

Hi everyone!
I've got a problem with Windows Media Encoder, and I'd like some help.
I've gone a bit in depth about it at another forum (which wasn't too
much help).

Did you use the Problem Reports and Solutions Center control panel to report
the problem and check for Solutions? I don't see any Fault Bucket number
below, which potentially indicates that you did not.

Do you have the Encoder's Vista update:
