      10-23-2007
I disabled the service but notice in Task Mgr it's still running? How do I
keep this from starting?

      10-23-2007
Make sure the Service is not running, open Services (click Start > Services
> click) > scroll down and disable it.

Maybe you can't read, I said I "DISABLED" the service.....

Michael, ignore him, someone else or an MVP will help him. Yes I obviously
misread and I am sorry for that, but there is no need to call me illiterate.

Well unless he disabled and then STOPPED the service the property change
won't do anything until he reboots.

In my experience though it is better to try first with "Manual" in case
you disable something vital to the desktop
