Windows media Player 10: internal error

Hi Folks,
On my site I can open windows media player 10...no problem. But for all the
other users on my PC, when I click on wmp 10 its says internal error and wont
open...Ive tried reinstalling wmp 10 but to no avail...
Can u help me please? Thanks Michael
