Windows Media Player 11; add more than just track and length columns to now playing

Hi, when I'm viewing, for example an album in the library section of wmp 11 I can right click on the columns and select "choose columns" and I have access to a large amount of columns which I can show. Unfortunately in the "now playing" section I can only select track and length. Is there anyway that i can get more than this? It seems very arbitrary that I'm limited to the columns I'm "allowed" to use in one section of the program compared to others.
