Windows Media Player 9 wont play

My windows Media player 9 will not play when I try to see a link for movies
etc.. I get a message it encountered an unknown problem with an error number
C00D11BB. How can I fix this?

I would re install windows media player 9

If I reinstall it will I lose all of my tracks and clips in my library? I do
not want to delete anything from it. Anyone can answer this

Copy your songs/clips into a folder you create yourself and then go for it.
