Windows Media Player C00D11B1 Error Message

I am getting this error message 'Windows Media Player C00D11B1' when trying
to play the Warner Bros Digital Copy of Sherlock Holmes.

I am using Windows 7 Ultimate (64-bit Edition) and Windows Media Player 12.

I have emailed Warner Bros and they are telling me that it is a problem with
my Windows Media Player.

I have all the latest Updates and drivers for my PC as suggested in the
Microsoft Support page for this error message.

Can anyone assist me any further?
