Windows Media Player Copying Images

I am trying to copy an image from a DVD, then paste it into a Power Point
slide to send to family.

Can anyone help?

If you can see it on the screen, you can take a screen shot
(alt-PrintScreen, then paste into paint to edit, ...cut part out and paste
it into new image)

There is a Power Point newsgroup: microsoft.public.powerpoint.

Have your tried Power Pont, Insert Picture and then select the image file
you want to use? Could be more specific if you ID which version of Power
Point you are using.

If you are using a recent version of Office, you could open the image in
Picture Manager and then send it to Power Point.

You could open the image in any image editor and copy and paste to Power
Point.

Etc.

You can't email such massive files. You are better off copying the DVD and
sending it in the post.

I agree with the others that sending it email is difficult (but possible).
I, for example, use an email server that allows 10 meg attachments. Assuming
your recipient also can accept such a large email, there is the 'break
apart' function for files in a number of file managers available for free.

I am trying to take a screen shot of a short cartoon playing throug
windows media player. I do the usual print screen thing but it doesn'
seem to be working properly. The image that I cut only appears as
black box which acts like a window. As I move the black box around th
screen it shows a different part of the image
Is there anyway I can get around this or does it sound like the fil
has been protected in some way?
