Are you sure that you're going through the full Find Album Info wizard,
clicking Finish at the last step?
This could be caused by a corrupted library, follow the instructions at
http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html#medialibrary to rebuild it. Note that
rebuilding the library will make you lose all play counts, and possibly
ratings too.
