I can't use wmp everytime I start vista or try to start wmp it says i
has stopped or working the details say it's an error from kernel32.dl
any idea how to fix this

This looks extremely like you installed SatelliteTVforPC to the system at
some point. Did you? The 2006 version of that does horrible things to the
point where *their* advice to you is to reinstall Vista.

I was attempting to get a better solution, but they wouldn't give me the
password to the 2006 version that I had, just upgrade me to the 2007
version. =P
