On some sites when I am trying to view streaming videos with Windows
Media Player, I get an error message that says something to the effect
that windows media player encountered a problem when playing the
file...on other sites it works...just loads up saying connecting to
media and then says ready...not sure what the problem is...I even have
the same message when playing it in the player and not on the site...I
am using Firefox..have the same problem in IE as well...

maybe the files on that site are corrupt or not in the right format?
if all other sites work....

What's the specific Web Help URL that the Web Help button takes you to?

Don't know the exact URL, but it gives me options on the problem, like
sound card troubleshooting, etc...I'll let you know exactly what is is
when it happens again.
