Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool

I ran the Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool and after running it put a icon in
my tray by the clock that is useless. If you pass over it, it will list the
tool but left or right clicking does nothing. It is pointless to be in the
tray but I can't find a way to get rid of it. If I reboot it comes back every
time. It tried everything but short of
reformatting the hard drive.

I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium.
