windows messanger

I was told that there is a setting in the messenger that you can have only
internal connections. Some people are spending too much time talking to
outsiders rather than the intended use of contacting co-workers...help!!!
Anyone know what this is??

There is no such setting -- if you want to do something like this you'll have to get an
internal server solution -- everything from your own Live Communications Server to IMLogic.
