Windows Messege

Every minute or so, I get a pop up on my bottom toolbar. It says; Your
computer is infected.Windows has detected spyware. It is recommened to use
special anitspyware tools to prevent data loss. Windows will now download and
install the most up-to-date spayware for you. Click here to continue. There
is a round red circle, with an" X" in it that it is asking me to click on it.

You have posted in windowsupdate - you may not get as many replies as you
might do in windowsxp.basic/general/newusers or public.security.virus.
