Windows/Microsoft Update Error number: 0x80010105

I already had upgraded to Microsoft Update like forever ago, but recently
when I go to MU and try to check for new updates, I get a screen that says I
should get the 'new' Microsoft Update, and click 'start now' or click on
'express' or 'advanced'
When I click on any of the options, a new screen comes up that says:

[Error number: 0x80010105]
The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are

I can't find anything in knowledge base that discusses my error number
0x80010105. I have run spyware, AV, scanned with Registry Patrol, etc. and
still no luck. I have restarted my computer - nothing! Still can't use
Windows Update. Any suggestions?

I too have the same error 0x80010105 anyone found a cure yet? regards IanR
